Superior Siren – “Trying Too Hard”
Alison Peluso plays three different characters in this Superior Siren video – a young woman tapping into her inner wisdom, an oppressed ancestor unable to defend herself, and a portrayal of divine feminine energy and the goddess within. Sarah Krueger launched a new music project called Lanue in 2021. The first video release, “What I Like Most”, was filmed and directed by Zoe Prinds-Flash and edited by Lauren Josephine. Originally published Jan.21.

Ice fishing gear floating on the ice caps of Lake Superior
Marius Anderson of London Road Films shot this aerial footage in Duluth after an ice cap broke off the shore and took a group of nearly 30 ice fishermen to Lake Superior. The Duluth Fire Department rescued all anglers; most of the equipment has been lost. Originally published February 13.

Duluth Snowmobile Stunts by Levi LaVallee
Snowmobile stuntman and Minnesota native Levi LaVallee defies gravity at Spirit Mountain, Lake Avenue, Rice’s Point and more in this video. He landed in St. Louis Bay as he attempted to jump from the remains of the Duluth-Superior Interstate Bridge onto a series of barges. By the end of 2021, the video had accumulated more than 246,000 views. Originally published April 7.
